What to wear to your session
Colours and patterns - Think about your chosen location, the colours that are around, for instance, if your session is in a park, there is lots of greens around, and parks are usually quite busy backdrops, so the best thing to wear would be something without a pattern, and colours that don't clash with green, like whites, blues, greys.
In a more basic setting, such as the beach or a beautiful field, you can get away with a little bit of pattern, I wouldn't go too much floral or clashing colours, but something more simple like the above photo, or beautiful pastel colours like pink and blue suit my editing style beautifully.
If you do decide to wear black, try pairing it with something light, for example if you go with black pants, maybe wear a white shirt to contrast.
You may have heard the age old tale that if you wear black it will make you look smaller, but with photography this can sometimes be the exact opposite, plus, a good photographer should always take your best angles into consideration.
